Refund Policy

If HomeWeal isn't right for you, request a refund within 30days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full — no questions asked.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscriptions inside the app, or directly from your PayPalaccount. When you cancel, your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; after that your account moves to the free Solo plan. Cancelling stops future charges — by itself it is not a refund of the current period (request a refund under the guarantee above if you want the latest charge returned).

How refunds are issued

Payments are processed by PayPal, and approved refunds are returned to the original PayPal payment method. Processing times are set by PayPal and your bank.

Your data is never held hostage

Whether or not you request a refund, you can export all of your data to CSV at any time — free, even on the Solo plan. Cancelling or refunding does not delete your data; see the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
